The invention further provides a fabricated underground diaphragm wall structure and a construction method. The male locking notch and the female locking notch which are formed in the two ends of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall body are connected and assembled with the adjacent prefabricated underground diaphragm wall body to form a whole, accurate positioning of splicing of adjacent prefabricated underground diaphragm walls is guaranteed, meanwhile, joints between the prefabricated underground diaphragm walls are waterproof, and the overall safety of the fabricated underground diaphragm wall structure is improved.
