The invention provides a construction method of a prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, which comprises the following steps of: excavating to form a groove, and protecting the wall of the groove by slurry; injecting underwater non-dispersed foam mud into the groove; the underwater non-dispersible foam mud comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100kg/m < 3 >-150kg/m < 3 > of a flocculation curing agent, 450-550kg/m < 3 > of dry muck, 337.5-362.5 kg/m < 3 > of water and 15.5 kg/m < 3 > of a foam group. In the early stage of foam mud maintenance, when the strength is increased to 5-15 kPa, the underground diaphragm wall is hoisted, so that the underground diaphragm wall extends into the water and does not disperse in the foam mud, the surrounding foam mud is extruded, and the foam mud subjected to primary maintenance collapses; and continuously maintaining for 7 days, and dismounting the hoisting equipment. By the adoption of the technical scheme, follow-up filling of gaps in the groove wall is not needed, construction is simplified, construction difficulty is lowered, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种预制地下连续墙的施工方法,包括如下步骤:开挖成槽,并对槽壁进行泥浆护壁;在槽内注入水下不分散泡沫泥浆;所述水下不分散泡沫泥浆包括的成分及其用量为絮凝固化剂100kg/m3‑150kg/m3、干渣土450‑550kg/m3、水337.5‑362.5kg/m3、泡沫群15.5kg/m3;在泡沫泥浆养护初期,待强度增长至5‑15kPa时,吊装地连墙,使地连墙伸入水下不分散泡沫泥浆内,并对四周的泡沫泥浆产生挤压,使得初步养护后的泡沫泥浆产生溃缩;继续养护7天后,拆除吊装设备。采用本发明的技术方案,无需后续充填槽壁空隙,简化了施工,降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率。
