The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete beam-column connecting structure. The prefabricated concrete beam-column connecting structure comprises a prefabricated column head; the prefabricated column head comprises a beam-column joint core area and cantilever beam sections arranged on the side portion of the column head; the prefabricated concrete beam-column connecting structure further comprises prefabricated beams arranged at the end, away from the beam-column joint core area, of the cantilever beam sections; each prefabricated beam is a reinforced concrete full-prefabricated beam; and the prefabricated concrete beam-column connecting structure further comprises a prefabricated beam post-pouring section connected with the corresponding cantilever beam section and the corresponding prefabricated beam. The invention further discloses a construction method of the prefabricated concrete beam-column connecting structure. The technical problems that in the prior art, a prefabricated beam-column joint connecting structure and a connecting mode are poor in anti-seismic performance and low in construction efficiency are solved.
