The invention discloses a vertical dry-method connecting structure of a fabricated concrete shear wall and a construction method. The connecting structure comprises a connecting embedded part and an auxiliary connecting part; the connecting embedded part and the auxiliary connecting part are used for connecting an upper-layer vertical stress connecting steel bar in an upper-layer shear wall component and a lower-layer vertical stress connecting steel bar in a lower-layer shear wall component; an internal threaded hole, a first half-hole groove and a second half-hole groove are formed in the connecting embedded part; a stirrup connecting hole is formed in the connecting embedded part; the auxiliary connecting part comprises a third half-hole groove and a fourth half-hole groove; the connecting embedded part is connected with the auxiliary connecting part; the first half-hole groove and the third half-hole groove are combined to form a limiting upper-layer vertical stress connecting steel bar fixing hole; and the second half-hole groove and the fourth half-hole groove are combined to form a limiting lower-layer vertical stress connecting steel bar fixing hole. As a convenient, rapid and reliable shear wall vertical connection mode, detachable connection can be achieved, wallboard installation is facilitated, the construction speed of the structure is increased, on-site wet operation is reduced, and the assembly level of a building structure is improved.
