Post-cast strip mold sealing method
The invention discloses a post-cast strip mold sealing method. The method comprises the steps that after building plate steel bars are bound, embedded parts are arranged and installed outside a post-cast strip area according to hole alignment positioning in a shaping mold plate of a post-cast strip, each embedded part comprises an anchoring screw, an split screw, a water stop ring and a conical nut with lines on the outer side, one ends of the anchoring screws at a top plate is provided with the conical nuts, the middle parts are provided with the water stop rings, the other ends are provided with pre-embedded hooks, two ends of the split screws at the side wall are provided with the conical nuts, the middle parts are provided with the water stop rings, and external interfaces of the conical nuts are temporarily plugged; after concrete pouring and maintenance strength of the structure plate are achieved, a formwork and a support of the structure plate are dismantled; and after the post-cast strip is cleaned up, a shaping template is installed and fixed through hand screws, the hand screws penetrate through the opposite holes and then are screwed into the outer connectors of the conical nuts, and the shaping template is tightly pressed on the die sealing face through pressing pieces of the hand screws. By means of the method, the problems that post-cast strip frame pipes are returned lagging, and time and labor are wasted during secondary disassembling and erecting of the support formwork are solved.
本发明的公开了一种后浇带封模方法，构筑物板钢筋绑扎后，在后浇带区域外根据后浇带的定型模板上的对孔定位布置安装预埋件，预埋件包括锚固螺杆、对拉螺杆、止水环和外侧设有纹路的锥形螺母，位于顶板位置的锚固螺杆的一端安装锥形螺母、中部安装止水环、另一端带预埋弯钩，位于侧墙位置的对拉螺杆的两端安装锥形螺母、中部安装止水环，临时封堵锥形螺母的外接口；构筑物板混凝土浇筑并养护强度达到后，拆除构筑物板的模板和支架；后浇带清理干净后，通过手拧螺丝将定型模板安装固定，手拧螺丝穿过对孔后拧入锥形螺母的外接口，通过自身的压片将定型模板压紧在封模面上。本方法避免了后浇带架管还租滞后、支架模板二次拆搭的费时费力等问题。
