The invention relates to a closed construction method for a settlement post-cast strip, which comprises beam plate and flanging structures on the two sides of the post-cast strip, a bottom die, a main ridge, a cover plate and a bolt structure, compared with a traditional mode, the method provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem of load of cantilever sections of the beam plate structures on the two sides of the post-cast strip; the bottom die and the main ridges are connected with beam plates on the two sides of the post-cast strip through bolt structures, and the bolt structures are used for fixing the main ridges and the bottom die and transmitting loads. The main ridges bear most bending moment and pulling force generated by the beam plate and the bottom die; and the bottom die bears a small part of bending moment and pulling force generated by the beam plate and plays a role in sealing the post-cast strip area. A long-term supporting structure does not need to be arranged, and materials and labor cost are obviously saved; the sealing construction process is relatively rapid, the efficiency can be effectively improved, and the time is saved; the bolt can bear large load after being installed, can be directly used as a post-cast strip formwork in the later period, and is convenient and rapid to disassemble.
本发明涉及一种沉降后浇带封闭施工方法,包括后浇带两侧梁板和翻边结构、底模、主楞、盖板、螺栓结构,与传统方式相比,本发明所提供的方法能够有效解决后浇带两侧梁板结构悬挑段载荷的问题,底模、主楞通过螺栓结构连接后浇带两侧梁板,螺栓结构用于固定主楞和底模,并传递载荷;主楞承受梁板和底模所产生的大部分弯矩及拉力;底模则承受梁板所产生的小部分弯矩及拉力,并起到封闭后浇带区域的作用。本发明不需要设置长期支撑结构,明显节约材料及人工成本;封闭施工过程相对迅捷,能够有效提高效率、节约时间;螺栓安装完成即可承受较大荷载,且后期可以直接作为后浇带模板使用,拆卸方便迅速。
