The invention relates to a grouting reinforcement device for inter-pile water stopping of cast-in-place piles and a construction method. The device comprises the cast-in-place bored piles, a water stopping steel plate and a grouting reinforcement body; and the water stopping steel plate is inserted between the two cast-in-place bored piles, the grouting reinforcement body is poured into a gap, where the water stopping steel plate is inserted, between the two cast-in-place bored piles, and an enclosure structure with the supporting and water stopping functions is jointly formed. According to the method, the cast-in-place bored piles are constructed firstly, high-pressure clear water is injected through a grouting pipe to split a concrete protection layer, a reserved gap is formed, then the steel plate is inserted, high-pressure jet grouting is conducted through the grouting pipe to reinforce inter-pile soil, the cast-in-place bored piles are in lap joint through the water stopping steel plate and the grouting reinforcement body, and the combined foundation pit enclosure structure has the good soil blocking and water stopping functions. The enclosure structure and the construction method of the enclosure structure are both from the quite mature construction technology with many applications in engineering, the construction speed is high, efficiency is high, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明涉及一种用于灌注桩桩间止水的注浆加固装置及施工方法,该装置包括钻孔灌注桩、止水钢板、注浆加固体,两个钻孔灌注桩之间插入止水钢板、并在两个钻孔灌注桩间插入止水钢板的空隙中浇筑注浆加固体,共同组成兼具支护和止水功能的围护结构。该方法采用先施工钻孔灌注桩,利用注浆管注入高压清水劈通混凝土保护层,形成预留空隙,然后插放钢板,再通过注浆管高压喷射注浆加固桩间土体,钻孔灌注桩通过止水钢板、注浆加固体搭接,使该组合式基坑围护结构兼具较好的挡土和止水作用。本发明围护结构及其施工方法均来自工程中应用较多且十分成熟的施工工艺,施工速度快、效率高,造价较低。
