The pile bottom grouting guide pipe with the length exceeding the pile end of the cast-in-place pile is arranged, and the protection part is arranged at the tail end of the pile bottom grouting guide pipe, so that concrete at least cannot cover the protection part during pile foundation pouring, the protection part opens the grouting channel during grouting, the grouting pipe extends in, a high-pressure rotary jet grouting method is adopted, and the grouting effect of high-pressure concrete grout is utilized; and a better grouting effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种灌注桩基的注浆装置，包括用于桩底注浆的桩底注浆导管和设在桩底注浆导管末端且用于封闭注浆导管末端的防护部，防护部整体穿出桩端且所述防护部可开启用于打开注浆通道，本发明通过设置长度超过灌注桩桩端的桩底注浆导管，桩底注浆导管末端设防护部，使得桩基浇筑时混凝土至少不会覆盖防护部，通过注浆时防护部开启注浆通道，伸入注浆管采用高压旋喷注浆法，利用高压混凝土浆液劈裂作用，起到更好的注浆效果。
