The invention relates to a rotary drilling rig. The drilling rig comprises a machine body module, a connecting transmission mechanism and a drilling mechanism, wherein the connecting transmission mechanism is connected with a machine base and comprises a supporting arm and a lifting arm, the supporting arm is in sliding connection with the lifting arm, the drilling mechanism is installed at the lower end of the connecting transmission mechanism, the drilling mechanism comprises a hydraulic motor, a reduction gearbox, a rotary sleeve table and three drill bits, and the rotary sleeve table is installed at the lower end of the supporting arm. The underground diaphragm wall rapid grooving construction method comprises the steps that the construction position of a ground diaphragm wall and the construction position of a guide wall are determined; a construction area is subjected to ground hardening; grooving construction is started at the construction position of the underground diaphragm wall, drilling construction is conducted through the rotary drilling rig to reach the footage, then construction is conducted through a trench cutter, the process is repeated in a reciprocating mode till the designed depth is reached, and residual is removed from a groove of the underground diaphragm wall; a reinforcement cage of the ground diaphragm wall is lowered; and concrete is poured. The working efficiency of the rotary drilling rig is high, and through the underground diaphragm wall rapid grooving construction method, the working efficiency of the trench cutter can be quickly improved and the cost can be greatly reduced.
