The invention discloses a multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder which comprises a base. The upper surface of the base is fixedly connected with a second rope collecting box and a cylinder body; the output end of the cylinder body is fixedly connected with a connecting block; the surface of the connecting block is fixedly connected with a moving plate; and the surface of the cylinder body is fixedly connected with a mounting seat. According to the multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder provided by the invention, through arranging a storage box, the storage box is used for storing a protective belt; through arranging the connecting block, a moving plate and a storage roller, a protective belt can be drawn out from the interior of the storage box; and through arranging a second rope collecting box, a first rope collecting box and a traction rope, a protective pad can retract towards the interior of the storage box along with retraction of the output end of a bathtub body, so that the protective belt always shields the part, extending outwards, of the bathtub body, the surface of a cylinder body of the multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder is prevented from being scratched to influence the sealing performance of the cylinder body, the fault probability of production machinery is reduced, and the normal production is ensured.
