A telescopic arm (12), comprising an outer cylinder (13) and multiple stages of inner cylinders (21, 23), is provided on the distal end of a boom (4). The outer cylinder (13) is provided with a telescopic cylinder (25) and telescopic stationary sheave units (31, 31'). The telescopic cylinder (25) has a sheave mounting fixture (30) mounted thereon, and the sheave mounting fixture (30) is provided with telescopic movable sheave units (33, 33'). An expansion and contraction rope (34) is wound four times between each sheave (31A, 31B) of the telescopic stationary sheave unit (31) and each sheave (33A, 33B) of the telescopic movable sheave unit (33).
