The modular green roof system comprises a building roof, a green area and a flower area, the flower area is located on the building roof, the flower area comprises a curing chamber, a rotating mechanism and two curing discs, the curing chamber is arranged on the building roof; the rotating mechanism can drive the curing disc to rotate, the curing disc comprises a curing area and a display area, the curing area is located in the curing chamber and used for curing flowers, the display area is used for being exposed out of the curing chamber, and the display area is used for displaying the flowers. According to the modular green roof system, the flowers at the end of the flowering period are rotated into the curing chamber through the rotating mechanism, the flowers in the flowering period are rotated out of the curing chamber, the flowers in the flowering period can decorate the building roof, and the space utilization rate of a flower display area is increased. Meanwhile, labor can be reduced, and a worker can replace and maintain the flowers in the curing chamber, so that the flowers in the next period are cultivated and cured.
