The high-strength magnesium oxysulfate cement is prepared from magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, a modifier and aggregate, the weight ratio of the magnesium oxide to the magnesium sulfate is 1: (0.7-0.9), the modifier accounts for 3.8%-7.1% of the weight of the magnesium sulfate, an auxiliary material accounts for 9%-18% of the weight of the magnesium oxide, and the weight ratio of the aggregate to the magnesium oxide is (1-2): 1. The magnesium oxide and the magnesium sulfate solution are proportioned according to the weight ratio, a ternary gelled phase can be formed, the phase structure is stable, the neat paste strength reaches up to about 40 MPa, the water resistance and the bonding strength can be modified by adding the modifier, and finally the water resistance and the compressive strength are further improved by adding the quartz sand aggregate; the high-strength magnesium oxysulfate cement is finally formed through the optimal proportion of the three aspects, the compressive strength reaches up to 60 MPa or above, the bonding tensile strength reaches about 6 MPa, and the water resistance test softening coefficient can reach 0.98.
本发明公开了一种高强度硫氧镁水泥及其制备方法和应用,所用原料包含氧化镁、硫酸镁、改性剂、骨料中,所述氧化镁与硫酸镁重量比为1:0.7‑0.9,改性剂占硫酸镁重量的3.8%‑7.1%,辅料占氧化镁重量的9%‑18%,骨料与氧化镁重量比为1‑2:1。本申请利用氧化镁与硫酸镁溶液按重量比配比,可形成三元胶凝相,相结构稳定,净浆强度高达40MPa左右,在通过加入改性剂可改性耐水性和粘接强度,最后添加石英砂骨料进一步提高了耐水性和抗压强度,通过这三方面的优化配比最终形成一种高强度硫氧镁水泥,抗压强度高达60MPa以上、粘接的抗拉强度达6MPa左右、耐水性测试软化系数可达0.98。
