The steel fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.4 to 0.5 part of water, 0.8 to 1.1 parts of cement, 1.3 to 1.5 parts of sand, 3 to 3.5 parts of stone, 0.1 to 0.3 part of steel fiber and 0.003 to 0.005 part of synthetic admixture, by introducing the air entraining agent, a large number of uniformly distributed tiny bubbles can be introduced in the concrete stirring process, so that bleeding and segregation of a concrete mixture are reduced, the workability is improved, and the freezing resistance and durability of hardened concrete can be remarkably improved; the cement aggregate discharging conveying belt and the steel fiber discharging conveying belt are adopted for conveying steel fibers and aggregates correspondingly, the aggregates and the steel fibers can be evenly mixed without stirring, the phenomenon that the steel fibers are damaged due to stirring is avoided, meanwhile, after the aggregates and the steel fibers are evenly mixed, the additive is injected, and wet mixing is conducted for 3-5 minutes; the caking phenomenon caused by long-time wet mixing of steel fibers can be effectively avoided, the influence on the concrete strength is avoided, and the effect is better.
本发明公开一种钢纤维混凝土,该钢纤维混凝土由以下重量份数的原料组成:水0.4‑0.5份、水泥0.8‑1.1份、砂1.3‑1.5份、石子3‑3.5份、钢纤维0.1‑0.3份、合成外加剂0.003‑0.005份;本发明通过引入引气剂能够在混凝土搅拌过程中,能引入大量分布均匀的微小气泡,以减少混凝土拌和物的泌水、离析,改善和易性,并能显著提高硬化后的混凝土抗冻性和耐久性,通过采用水泥骨料下料传送带与钢纤维下料传送带分别输送钢纤维和骨料,能够在不搅拌的情况下,将骨料与钢纤维混合均匀,避免搅拌导致钢纤维被破坏的现象,同时在混合均匀后,在注入和外加剂进行3‑5分钟的湿拌,能够有效的避免钢纤维因长时间湿拌导致出现结团的现象,避免影响混凝土强度,效果更好。
