The oilfield temperature-resistant plugging agent provided by the embodiment of the invention is relatively low in initial consistency, and the thickening time is more than 6.5 h under the conditions of 150 DEG C and 50 MPa; the compressive strength is larger than 29 MPa, and the requirements for deep well seal layer and channeling sealing strength are met; and the compressive strength is always kept at 28 MPa or above within 168 hours under the condition of 150 DEG C.
