The invention discloses a temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant cement-based plugging material and a preparation method thereof. The temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant cement-based plugging material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 0.5-1 part of calcium nitrate, 0.5-1 part of sodium nitrite, 1-2 parts of lithium aluminum hydrotalcite, 0.5-1 part of zinc fluosilicate, 0.2-0.5 part of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 30-34 parts of filler and 0.1-0.3 part of a tackifier. According to the plugging material, the used raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the preparation process is simple, the obtained product has excellent plugging efficiency. Meanwhile, due to high stability of a hydration product of the product, the overall performance of the material is improved, especially the heat resistance and the compression resistance, and the plugging material has an ideal use prospect.
本发明公开了一种耐温耐压水泥基堵漏材料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:硫铝酸盐水泥40‑60份、硝酸钙0.5‑1份、亚硝酸钠0.5‑1份、锂铝水滑石1‑2份、氟硅酸锌0.5‑1份、聚羧酸减水剂0.2‑0.5份、填充料30‑34份、增粘剂0.1‑0.3份。本发明堵漏材料使用原料廉价易得,制备工艺简单,所得产品具有优秀的堵漏效率,同时由于其水化产物较高的稳定性,令材料整体的性能得到提高,尤其是耐热抗压性能,具有理想的使用前景。
