According to the method, through cooperation of all the steps, the phenomenon of hole collapse caused by the influence of the underground pipeline or karst cave when the pile foundation construction holes are dug during underwater construction can be effectively avoided, the situation that piles cannot be formed due to the ash leakage phenomenon during concrete pouring can be effectively avoided, the construction amount is effectively reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
