The invention relates to a karst cave treatment method. The operations of pre-burying a grouting pipe in a hole, inserting the grouting pipe into a karst cave, preparing quick-setting cement grout, conducting primary normal-pressure grouting, waiting for grout condensation, conducting secondary pressurization split grouting, pulling the pipe for continuous operation and the like are adopted. According to the method, karst cave grouting is conducted in the mode that the grouting pipe is embedded and inserted when the top of the karst cave is excavated for leaking stoppage, the hole digging cost of early-stage pre-grouting is avoided, karst cave reinforcement is conducted in a direct and fundamental mode, hole collapse caused by grout leakage due to the fact that a protection arm is broken when hole punching is conducted again is prevented, through a method of quick-setting and quick-pouring secondary grouting, after holes of the karst cave are blocked to a certain degree through primary pouring, secondary pressurizing pouring is conducted, slurry loss can be effectively avoided, the pouring cost is saved, a cement framework is formed through splitting, a soil body of the karst cave is reinforced, and the requirement of a pile end bearing layer is met.
本发明涉及溶洞处理方法,采用在孔内预埋注浆管、插入溶洞、配置速凝水泥浆液、一次常压灌注、等待浆液凝结、二次加压劈灌和拔管继续作业等操作。本发明通过在挖穿溶洞顶部堵漏时预埋插入注浆管的方式进行溶洞注浆,避开前期预注浆的挖孔成本,以直接且根本的方式进行溶洞加固,防止再次冲孔时护臂破裂造成漏浆塌孔,通过快凝速注二次灌浆的方法,待一次灌注对溶洞的孔隙形成一定程度的添堵后再二次加压灌注,能够有效避免浆液的流失,节约灌注成本,且通过劈裂形成水泥骨架,加固溶洞土体,使其满足桩端持力层的要求。
