The invention belongs to the technical field of unlocking and locking devices, and particularly relates to an unlocking and locking robot which comprises a shell body, a connecting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a clutch mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the connecting mechanism is rotationally connected to the shell body, and used for being connected with an unlocking and locking knob of an anti-theft lock; the transmission mechanism, the clutch mechanism and the driving mechanism are all mounted in the shell body; the output end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the connecting mechanism; the clutch mechanism is mounted between the input end of the transmission mechanism and the output end of the driving mechanism; during the operation of the driving mechanism, the input end of the transmission mechanism and the output end of the driving mechanism are driven by the clutch mechanism to connect; and when the driving mechanism stops, the input end of the transmission mechanism and the output end of the driving mechanism are driven by the clutch mechanism to disconnect. Through the unlocking and locking robot, the anti-theft lock can be automatically opened and closed; furthermore, the anti-theft lock can be manually opened and closed; the various unlocking and locking modes can be adopted; the structural design is reasonable; and the comfort is high when the unlocking and locking robot is used by people.
