The repairing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of Portland cement, 20 to 28 parts of Secar71 cement, 14 to 25 parts of quartz sand, 2 to 5 parts of bone glue, 1.2 to 2.0 parts of polypropylene fibers, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of basalt fibers, 25 to 35 parts of a mixed filler, 0.03 to 0.06 part of a water-retaining agent, 1.2 to 1.8 parts of a function enhancer, 0.6 to 1.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.5 to 0.8 part of a compound exciting agent, 0.6 to 0.9 part of an organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.4 to 1.0 part of a retarder and 20 to 30 parts of water. The cement-based rapid repairing material provided by the invention not only can accelerate the hydration speed of cement, but also can promote the early strength of concrete, so that the early strength of the concrete is effectively improved; in addition, the early strength, the density and the anti-freezing property of the repairing material can be effectively enhanced; and the quality of the repairing material is effectively improved.
