道路工程材料(水泥混凝土用快速修补材料)其特征由多种状态相等的已知材料组合而成的发明,经合理的配合比例制作出由原材料本身的特征发挥各自优势来组合进行互补,使混合材料满足特定要求下的使用功能。本品依据中华人民共和国交通运输行业标准《JT/T1211.1‑2018公路工程水泥混凝土用快速修补材料》‑第一部分:水泥基修补材料。开发以普通硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥作为水泥基材的主要成份,制作出(2小时高性能C50型)的水泥混凝土用快速修补材料,解决因维修造成交通阻塞压力、社会的影响较大和市政工程夜间施工时间短。道路水泥快速修补料针对道路桥面、伸缩缝水泥混凝土刚性带修复与更换,能达到施工简便,施工作业时间短,开放交通时间早的优异性,本材料基于合成前的原材料优缺点进行了互补。赋于了高效、高性能的特性。研制出满足CRRM‑II型2h开放交通强度的时间要求的新型快速修补料。
