The invention relates to the technical field of construction, in particular to a prefabricated T-beam overall pre-embedded guardrail structure and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated T-beam overall pre-embedded guardrail structure comprises pre-embedded guardrails arranged at the two sides of a prefabricated beam in the length direction of a prefabricated beam; the pre-embedded guardrail comprises guardrail pre-embedded parts arranged in parallel and a concrete cast-in-place layer poured on the outer sides of the guardrail pre-embedded parts; the guardrail pre-embedded part is connected with a steel reinforcement framework of the precast beam; and the guardrail pre-embedded part is of a broken line type structure formed by continuously bending a steel bar into an inclined section, a right-angle section and a broken line section. The pre-embedded part of the anti-collision guardrail adopts an integrally formed structure, so that use of materials is reduced, and the economic cost is reduced.
