The invention relates to the technical field of constant-pressure water supply devices, and particularly relates to a constant-pressure water supply device with an emergency function. The constant-pressure water supply device comprises a water storage tank, a water suction pump, a top plate, a water supply pipe and an emergency mechanism, wherein the emergency mechanism consists of a support frame, an emergency pump, a signal receiver, a rotating rod, an installing sleeve, a drill bit and a heat supply pipe. The constant-pressure water supply device with the emergency function has the advantages that under the condition of cold weather, the water icing condition can occur, so that the water suction pump cannot pump out water inside the water storage tank; at the moment, a signal is sent to the signal receiver through a controller; the emergency pump is started; the emergency pump drives the rotating rod to rotate; the rotating rod drives the drill bit to rotate; the ice surface inside the water storage tank is drilled; a hot air source can be introduced into the input end of the emergency pump through the heat supply pipe, or hot water is introduced through the heat supply pipe, so that the heat source enters the inside of the water storage tank; the iced water is molten, so that the water inside the water storage tank can be normally pumped out to be used by the water suction pump; the condition of water icing is prevented; and the water supply incapability is avoided.
