The invention provides a hydraulic control system of a pile driver. The hydraulic control system of the pile driver comprises a pumping device, an actuating element, an oil supply valve unit and a pilot control valve unit, wherein the pumping device comprises a first main pump, a second main pump and a third main pump; the actuating element comprises a machine tool vibration motor; the oil supply valve unit comprises a first hydraulic control valve, a second hydraulic control valve, a third hydraulic control valve and a one-way valve; an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the first hydraulic control valve are respectively connected with a first oil outlet of the third hydraulic control valve and an oil discharging pipeline; an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the second hydraulic control valve are respectively connected with an oil outlet of the second main pump and the oil discharging pipeline; an oil inlet and a second oil outlet of the third hydraulic control valve are respectively connected with an oil outlet of the first main pump and an oil inlet of the machine tool vibration motor; an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the one-way valve are respectively connected with an oil outlet of the second main pump and an oil inlet of the third hydraulic control valve; and the pilot control valve unit comprises a first proportional valve, a second proportional valve and a third proportional valve which are respectively used for controlling the on-off of the first hydraulic control valve, the second hydraulic control valve and the third hydraulic control valve. Through the hydraulic control system, the operation safety of the pile driver can be improved.
