Hydroxyapatite bone-like material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hydroxyapatite bone-like material and a preparation method thereof. The bone-like material comprises hydroxyapatite ceramic particles, a solvent and a dispersing agent, wherein the particle size range of the hydroxyapatite ceramic particles is 0.1-10 microns, and the solid phase content range of the hydroxyapatite ceramic particles is 30-66vol%; the dispersing agent is citrate, polyacrylic acid, ammonium polyacrylate or polyacetylimine; the content of the dispersing agent is 0.1-3% of the mass of hydroxyapatite ceramic particle dry powder; and the bone-like material also comprises trace element substances or medicinal raw materials. The hydroxyapatite bone-like material can be used for preparing a complex and fine micro-scale three-dimensional structure, and does not collapse or break in the forming process; the obtained material can be used for preparing various ceramic special-shaped parts and structural parts and customized products, including medical implants and tissue engineering scaffolds; and the obtained drug-loaded bone-like material can play double roles in repairing bone defects and drug carriers.
