The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a liquid alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method and application thereof. The liquid alkali-free accelerator comprises, by weight, 20%-50% of aluminum sulfate, 10%-30% of aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate, 5%-10% of polyhydric alcohol, 1%-5% of organic amide, 1%-5% of alkyl sodium lignin sulfonate, 3%-5% of methyl crotonic acid, and a solvent of water. According to the prepared liquid alkali-free accelerator, under the condition that the mixing amount is 2-8 wt%, the initial setting time of cement paste is 2-4 min, the final setting time is 6-8 min, the 1d compressive strength of mortar reaches 12-16 MPa, the 28d compressive strength ratio is larger than 105%, the 90d compressive strength retention rate is larger than 120%, and all the components are superior to national standard regulations. The whole preparation process is safe, reliable, simple and convenient to operate and safe to the environment, and has wide application prospects in the related fields of cement.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种液体无碱速凝剂及其制备方法与应用,该液体无碱速凝剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:硫酸铝20%~50%,十二水硫酸铝钾10%~30%,多元醇5%~10%,有机酰胺1%~5%,烷基木质素磺酸钠1%~5%和甲基丁烯酸3%~5%,溶剂为水,本发明制备得到的液体无碱速凝剂在2wt%~8wt%的掺量下,水泥净浆初凝时间为2~4min、终凝时间为6~8min,并且使砂浆1d的抗压强度达到12~16MPa,28d抗压强度比大于105%,90d抗压强度保留率大于120%,均优于国标规定。整个制备过程中安全可靠、操作简便,对环境安全,在水泥相关领域具有广泛的应用前景。
