The alkali-free liquid accelerator comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of an emulsion, 20-40 parts of a quick-setting enhancer, 10-20 parts of sodium metaaluminate, 3-15 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 5-10 parts of polysilicate aluminum ferric, 3-7 parts of cocamide, 1-5 parts of a suspension stabilizer, 5-10 parts of a buffer solution and the balance of water, totaling 120-150 parts. According to the alkali-free liquid accelerator provided by the invention, under the condition of different types of cement, prepared concrete is good in slump retention capacity and relatively low in sensitivity, and meanwhile, the addition amount of the accelerator is small, the rapid setting effect is excellent, and the alkali-free liquid accelerator has excellent adaptability and stability.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体公开一种无碱液体速凝剂及其制备方法和应用。所述无碱液体速凝剂包括以下质量份数的组分:乳液10‑25份,速凝增强剂20‑40份,偏铝酸钠10‑20份,磷酸氢二钠3‑15份,聚合硅酸铝铁5‑10份,椰油烷酰胺3‑7份,悬浮稳定剂1‑5份,缓冲溶液5‑10份,加水补足至120‑150份。本发明提供的无碱液体速凝剂在不同水泥种类条件下,所配制的混凝土的坍落度保持能力良好、敏感性较低,同时速凝剂添加量少,速凝效果优异,具有优良的适应性和稳定性。
