The invention provides a conductive material for induction heating of a ceramic substrate and a preparation method of a coating. The conductive material comprises silver powder, a fluxing agent and varnish, wherein the varnish is a mixture containing a butyl acrylate compound or copolymer, a plasticizer and an aromatic solvent. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, before the conductive material is heated to form a coating on the surface of a ceramic substrate, the paste-like conductive material can be electrically insulated or has very low conductivity, but after the conductive material is heated and deposited on the surface of the ceramic substrate, a conductive layer with good conductivity can be generated, so that the paste-like conductive material can be used for induction heating, and is lower in cost, economical and practical.
本发明提供了一种用于陶瓷基材感应加热的导电材料及涂层的制备方法,该导电材料包括银粉、助熔剂和调墨油,所述调墨油为包含丙烯酸丁酯类化合物或共聚物、增塑剂和芳香族溶剂的混合物。采用本发明的技术方案,该导电材料在加热在陶瓷基材表面形成的涂层之前,该膏状导电材料可以是电绝缘的或具有非常低的导电性,但是加热沉积在陶瓷基材表面后,会产生导电性能良好的导电层,可以用于感应加热,同时成本更低,更经济实惠。
