The invention discloses an anti-falling device for sundries in suspended casting box girder construction, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction, the anti-falling device comprises a bracket, a fixing mechanism, a supporting net assembly and a plurality of buffer bearing assemblies; the supporting net assembly is flatly laid on the bracket and is slightly higher than the end face of the bracket; each buffer bearing assembly comprises a movable buffering unit, a lifting unit and a transmission unit. The movable buffering unit is arranged in the bracket, the end of the movable buffering unit elastically slides on the side wall of the bracket, and the movable buffering unit can conduct buffering and supporting when sundries impact the supporting net assembly to fall down. The transmission unit is arranged on the bracket, and when the movable buffering unit moves towards the side portion, the transmission unit rotates in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the movable buffering unit through transmission of the supporting unit with movement of the movable buffering unit as power so as to reduce sundries on the crack bearing supporting net assembly. The problems that thea supporting plate is adopted for supporting and does not have the buffering function, the supporting plate is prone to being damaged, and the gauze element is independently adopted and is prone to being broken are effectively solved.
