The beam member prestress reinforcing device is provided with a connecting device, a first anchorage device, a second anchorage device, a CFRP member and an SMA member, the CFRP member makes contact with a beam member, one end of the CFRP member is fixed to the first anchorage device, and the other end of the CFRP member is fixed to the connecting device, one end of the SMA component in the pre-deformation state is fixed to the second anchorage device, the other end of the SMA component in the pre-deformation state is fixed to the connecting device, the first anchorage device and the second anchorage device are arranged in a spaced mode and can be fixed to the beam type component, and when the SMA component in the pre-deformation state receives thermal excitation, the SMA component recovers deformation and can drive the connecting device to move, therefore, the CFRP component is pre-tensioned by the connecting device, so that the CFRP component generates pre-stress, and the pre-stress is transmitted to the beam-type component to be reinforced.
