The invention discloses a beam external prestress reinforcing device and a reinforcing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of reinforced concrete reinforcing. The beam external prestress reinforcing device comprises a first anchoring plate, a second anchoring plate, a thermal deformation alloy steel plate and a heating element. The first anchoring plate and the second anchoring plate are used for being arranged at two opposite ends of a beam body correspondingly. One end of the thermal deformation alloy steel plate is anchored to the beam body through the first anchoring plate,the heating element is used for heating the thermal deformation alloy steel plate, and one end, away from the first anchoring plate, of the thermal deformation alloy steel plate can be anchored to thebeam body through the second anchoring plate when the thermal deformation alloy steel plate deforms and extends to the second anchoring plate. The beam external prestress reinforcing device can solvetechnical problems that a prestress reinforcing device in the prior art is high in construction difficulty and so on.
