The invention relates to the field of civil engineering construction, and discloses a method for mounting post-anchored steel bars for reinforcing a concrete beam. The method comprises the following steps that S1, post-anchored steel bar planting and paying off are performed at the bottom of a beam which is reinforced by adopting carbon fiber cloth or a carbon fiber plate, and a post-anchored steel bar planting position is determined; S2, U-shaped hoop blanking is conducted at the paying-off position, and gaps between U-shaped hoops and the concrete beam are filled with sticky steel glue; S3, after the U-shaped hoops are installed, the rear anchoring steel bars are bent into an L shape and welded to the bottom of the U-shaped hoops; and S4, post-anchored steel bars are bound. According to the method for mounting the post-anchored steel bars for reinforcing the concrete beam, the carbon fiber cloth or the carbon fiber plate at the bottom of the reinforced concrete beam can be prevented from being damaged by the post-anchored steel bars.
