The indoor reinforced steel beam mounting machine tool comprises a base, a heightening platform, an adjusting mechanism and a hoisting mechanism, the base comprises four square pipes, the four square pipes define a rectangular frame, the four corners of the upper end of the base are each provided with a lifting lug, and long-strip-shaped sliding grooves are transversely formed in the inner sides of the square pipes in the width direction; the heightening platform comprises a top supporting frame and two bottom moving rods, the two bottom moving rods sliding transversely are installed between the two sliding grooves, the upper portions of the two ends of each bottom moving rod are each vertically provided with a stand column, and the top supporting frame is installed at the upper ends of the four stand columns; the adjusting mechanism comprises at least two rolling shafts; the hoisting mechanism comprises four hand-pulled chain blocks, the tops of the four hand-pulled chain blocks are installed on the main body structure steel beam, and the other ends of the four hand-pulled chain blocks are fixed to the corresponding lifting lugs. The indoor steel beam installation machine tool is used for installation, the steel structure installation efficiency can be improved, the labor and mechanical cost can be saved, and meanwhile safety in the installation process is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种室内加固钢梁安装机具及其使用方法,包括底座、加高平台、调节机构和吊装机构:底座包括四根方管,四个方管围成矩形框架,底座上端的四个角落处均安装有一吊耳,位于宽度方向的方管其内侧横向开设有长条状的滑槽;加高平台包括顶部支撑框架以及两个底部移动杆,两个滑槽之间安装有两个横向滑动的底部移动杆,每个底部移动杆两端的上部均竖直安装有一立柱,四个立柱的上端安装有顶部支撑框架;调节机构包括至少两个滚轴;吊装机构包括四个手拉倒链,四个手拉倒链顶部安装于主体结构钢梁上,另一端固定于对应的吊耳上。本发明利用室内加装钢梁安装机具进行安装,可加快钢结构安装效率节省人工及机械成本,同时保证安装过程中的安全。
