Abstract

The invention provides a three-dimensional garage attached to a residential building and allowing a driver to drive an elevator-carried vehicle to a parking space. The three-dimensional garage is a special three-dimensional garage (B) integrally built with a high-rise building (A); an elevator in a vehicle-carrying elevator shaft (4) only exists in the three-dimensional garage (B) allowing a carried vehicle (1) to vertically run up and down, and when the vehicle (1) is about to enter the parking space (3) on a certain floor of the three-dimensional garage (B) for parking or about to leave the three-dimensional garage (B) later, the driver needs to drive the vehicle (1) to complete the plane running process; and the parking space (3) is at least provided with a catch wheel steel protrusion (2) at the rear portion, wherein the catch wheel steel protrusion (2) can ascend upwards from the parking space (3) and is flush with the ground downwards and specially used for preventing wheels of the vehicle (1) from sliding and rolling to move in the direction of the vehicle-carrying elevator shaft (4). The three-dimensional garage is characterized in that the elevator for vehicle loading and unloading and the driver for horizontally driving the vehicle (1) coexist, and the finally-caused obvious effects that the occupied land is minimum, and the three-dimensional garage engineering investment is saved to the maximum degree are achieved.

一种高层楼房附设让电梯载车由司机驾车至停车位的立体车库：与高层楼房(A)合体修建的特殊的立体车库(B)的结构：由载车电梯升降井(4)内的电梯仅仅存在运载车辆(1)上下垂直运行的立体车库(B)内，而当车辆(1)欲进入该立体车库(B)某层的停车位(3)停车时，或以后欲离开该立体车库(B)时，均需要由司机自驾车辆(1)来完成上述的平面运行过程；所述的停车位(3)至少是在后部设置有：能够由停车位(3)向上升起与向下持平地面的专门用于阻挡车辆(1)的车轮滑滚向着载车电梯升降井(4)的方向位移的挡轮钢凸(2)。——关键点在于：电梯上下载车与司机水平驾驶车辆(1)共存，然而，最终造成的明显效果是：占用地皮最少与立体车库工程投资最省。
