The invention discloses a simple stereo garage which is attached beside a residential building of a community, has an anti-seismic safety function and is driven by a driver to enter and exit. The layout and requirements of a plane pattern mode of the simple stereo garage are as follows: a vertical channel (2) of an elevator (3) is centered, and parking spaces (1) are respectively arranged in the front and the rear adjacent to the vertical channel (2); due to the fact that necessary horizontal vehicle carrying electromechanical equipment in each layer of parking space (1) is omitted, one parking space (1) occupies the ground area, and the parking problem of at least ten vehicles can be solved. When the garage is used, a driver can go up to a certain position along with the elevator (3) and then continuously drive the car to advance or retreat to enter the parking space (1) for parking, and finally, the driver leaves the garage by himself after the elevator (3) is lowered to a lower layer. And (2) a special structure of an anti-slip mechanism (ABC) is arranged at the parking space (1), and the anti-slip mechanism (ABC) can prevent a vehicle from generating horizontal sliding displacement impact due to the influence of an earthquake and is formed by a powerful jacking rod (A), a supporting rod (B) and a framework (C) serving as a foundation of the powerful jacking rod (A) and the supporting rod (B).
