The embodiment of the invention provides an emergency unlocking control method and device and a rail vehicle. The method comprises the following steps that an emergency unlocking request signal is received; whether the zero-speed state, the emergency unlocking permission state and the vehicle door opening permission state of the railway vehicle are effective or not is judged according to the emergency unlocking request signal; wherein the zero-speed state is used for representing that the railway vehicle is in a parking state; the emergency unlocking permission state is used for representing that an emergency occurs in the railway vehicle, and the vehicle door opening permission state is used for representing that the railway vehicle is in a parking permission position; and if the zero-speed state, the emergency unlocking permission state and the vehicle door opening permission state are all effective, a vehicle door unlocking signal is generated. By adopting the emergency unlocking control method provided by the invention, the risk that the emergency unlocking request signal is accidentally opened when a passenger triggers the emergency unlocking request signal by mistake is reduced; meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the vehicle door is safely opened in emergency, and the escape possibility of passengers is improved.

本申请实施例中提供了一种紧急解锁控制方法、装置和轨道车辆。该方法包括：接收紧急解锁请求信号；根据紧急解锁请求信号判断轨道车辆的零速状态、紧急解锁允许状态和车门允许打开状态是否有效；其中，零速状态用于表征轨道车辆处于停车状态；紧急解锁允许状态用于表征轨道车辆内有紧急事件，车门允许打开状态用于表征轨道车辆处于允许停车的位置；若零速状态、紧急解锁允许状态和车门允许打开状态均有效，则产生车门解锁信号。采用本申请提供的紧急解锁控制方法降低了紧急解锁请求信号在乘客误触发时，被意外打开的风险；同时，保证车门在紧急情况下安全打开，提高乘客逃生的可能性。
