The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly materials for constructional engineering, and discloses a preparation method of waste hybrid fiber reinforced high-volume regenerated PET plastic aggregate mortar. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (a) taking waste PET/PA6 composite fibers,processing the same into short fibers; (b) taking waste plastic bottles, and processing the same into regenerated PET plastic aggregate; and (c) taking waste steel fibers, natural sand, cement and water, and mixing the waste steel fibers, the natural sand, the cement and the water with the short fibers and the regenerated PET plastic aggregate in proportion, and stirring the mixture. The plastic aggregate mortar produced by the preparation method of the invention has the characteristics of resource reutilization, guaranteed aggregate, light weight, good mechanical properties and high durability.
