The invention provides damping-adjustable recycled aggregate concrete which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4-7 parts of recycled coarse aggregate; 0.5 to 3.5 parts of a micro damper; 0-2 parts of natural fine aggregate; 1.5 to 3.0 parts of cement; 0-1.5 parts of a mineral admixture; 0.005 to 0.025 part of a water reducing agent; and 1 part of water. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the damping-adjustable recycled aggregate concrete. According to the damping-adjustable recycled aggregate concrete, the damping performance of the concrete can be effectively improved by 80-200%, the energy-dissipating capacity of the concrete is obviously improved, the cubic compressive strength can reach C30-C50, and the concrete has the same strength and similar elastic modulus as common concrete and can be used for vibration reduction of track traffic ballast beds and road beds, vibration isolation of building foundations and equipment foundations, vibration reduction of upper building structures and other projects.
