The invention relates to recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled aggregate concrete is prepared from, by mass, 35-50 parts of coarse recycled aggregate, 30-40 partsof fine recycled aggregate, 13-20 parts of cement, 7-10 parts of mixed water, 2-4 parts of aggregate treatment slurry, and 0.2-0.5 part of an admixture, wherein the aggregate treatment slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8-1.8 parts of water for slurry, 0.6-1.2 parts of tricalcium silicate, 0.1-0.6 part of sodium methyl silicate and 0.4-0.5 part of latex. According to the invention, before concrete is prepared, the coarse recycled aggregate and the fine recycled aggregate are pretreated by using the aggregate treatment slurry, so that the aggregate treatment slurrycoats and fills gaps in the surface damage part, the porosity of the surface damage part is reduced, and the water absorption rate is reduced so as to enable the prepared recycled aggregate concrete to have higher strength.
