The invention provides a graphite crucible for a graphitization furnace, wherein the graphite crucible comprises a crucible body, a crucible cover and an insertion plate; the crucible body comprises at least one cavity; when the crucible body comprises one cavity, a partition plate is arranged on one side in the crucible body; when the crucible body comprises a plurality of cavities, insertion plates are arranged in the crucible body, and the crucible body is divided into the plurality of cavities through the insertion plates. The invention further provides a method for preparing the graphene heat-conducting film through the graphite crucible. The graphite crucible is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and applicable to large-scale production.
