The invention discloses a structure for inhibiting vortex-induced vibration of a cylindrical structure, the outer surface of the cylindrical structure is covered with a porous material coating with a certain thickness and pore number, the porosity of the porous material coating is not less than 97%, the pore number PPI per inch is 15-30, and the thickness is 1/8-1/2 times of the diameter of the cylindrical structure. By reasonably designing the parameters of the coating structure, the pulsating load is weakened, and the vortex-induced vibration amplitude of the cylindrical structure is reduced as required. The structure can remarkably reduce pulsation lift and resistance, further restrains vortex-induced vibration of the bluff body structure, and has the advantage of being easy and convenient to use.
本发明公开一种抑制圆柱形结构涡激振动的结构,在圆柱形结构的外表面覆盖一定厚度和孔隙数的多孔材料覆层,所述的多孔材料覆层的孔隙率不低于97%,每英寸孔隙数PPI=15‑30,厚度=1/8‑1/2倍的圆柱形结构直径。本发明通过合理设计覆层结构参数从而实现减弱的脉动荷载、按需求降低柱形结构涡激振动幅值。本发明可显著降低脉动升、阻力,进而抑制钝体结构涡激振动,同时具有使用简便的优点。
