The construction process comprises the steps that a pile machine and an air compressor are started, and the air compressor supplies air to the pile machine so that the pile machine can vertically and downwards rotate forwards at the pile position of the powder spraying pile to stir the land; when the drilling depth of the pile machine reaches the preset depth, the pile machine is reversed to lift a drill bit of the pile machine, and cement powder is sprayed at the same time; when the drill bit is lifted to a preset distance away from the ground, cement powder injection is stopped, and the pile machine is adopted for remixing; and then the drill bit is lifted to the position above the ground, the air compressor and the pile machine are turned off, and construction of the next powder spraying pile is carried out. The cement powder is sprayed while the drilling machine is used for drilling, so that the cement powder and original soil are combined to form a composite foundation, so that the stability and mechanical property of soil are improved, the bearing capacity and deformation modulus of the foundation are improved, and the foundation is reinforced.
