The invention relates to an unhooking device for a guide rod pile hammer. The unhooking device comprises an unhooking frame, an unhooking execution piece which is mounted on the unhooking frame and can move up and down, and two overhead hooks which are symmetrically arranged on the unhooking frame and are positioned below the unhooking execution piece; the overhead hooks are rotationally arranged on the unhooking frame; the bottoms of the overhead hooks extend laterally to form hook-shaped protrusions; the upper portions of the overhead hooks are further provided with open grooves with the side walls abutting against the unhooking execution piece; when the unhooking execution piece moves downwards to pin the open grooves, the overhead hooks are locked, and the two hook-shaped protrusions are relatively close to each other and hook the pile hammer; and when the unhooking execution piece moves upwards to be separated from the open grooves, the overhead hooks are unlocked, and the two hook-shaped protrusions are relatively far away from each other, so that unhooking of the pile hammer is achieved. Compared with the prior art, smooth unhooking of the pile hammer can be achieved.
