The invention relates to the technical field of prestressed pipe piles, and discloses a prestressed pipe pile unhooking traction implanting construction method which comprises the steps that a crane is used for hoisting a prestressed pipe pile to the position above a pile hole, and slurry is poured into the pile hole; the periphery of the prestressed pipe pile is sleeved with a hoisting structure, and the hoisting structure is provided with a surrounding ring surrounding the periphery of the prestressed pipe pile; providing a bucket of the excavator, wherein the bucket is provided with bucket teeth and a hook; the shovel teeth are connected with the hoisting structure, the crane is disconnected from the prestressed pipe pile, and the enclosure ring is in a tensioned state and is relatively fixed with the prestressed pipe pile; the bucket lifts the prestressed pipe pile to move towards the lower pile hole, after the lower portion of the prestressed pipe pile is inserted into the pile hole, the bucket teeth are separated from the lifting structure, and the prestressed pipe pile sinks and is implanted. The tubular pile is rapidly embedded into the tubular pile filled with slurry in a self-weight mode, then the tubular pile is downwards embedded into a supporting layer through vibration pressing, the pile can be formed after the slurry is solidified, the construction quality requirement is met, and the efficient, reliable and economical effects are achieved.
