Integral cast-in-place construction method of bearing platform pile
The invention relates to geotechnical engineering, and discloses an integral cast-in-place construction method of a bearing platform pile. The method comprises the following steps that a slurry discharging channel is arranged between a pile well and a slurry discharging groove, and the position above the slurry discharging channel is backfilled with foundation soil to the elevation position of the bottom of a bearing platform plate; an integral reinforcement cage comprising a lower pile foundation, an upper pile foundation and the bearing platform plate is arranged; a formwork for pouring concrete of the bearing platform plate is installed, and a first segmented formwork of the upper pile foundation is installed; concrete is poured into the pile well of the lower pile foundation, slurry in the pile well is discharged to the slurry discharging groove through the slurry discharging channel, the slurry is prevented from rising to pollute steel bars of the bearing platform plate, and the slurry discharging channel is closed until the concrete is discharged out of the slurry discharging channel; bearing platform plate concrete is poured; and when the bearing platform plate concrete is close to initial setting, first layered concrete of the upper pile foundation is poured. The method can achieve efficient connection, after the structure is formed, the integrity is good, the strength is high, the bearing performance is high, and the method has the beneficial effects of being easy to operate, rapid in construction, good in economic efficiency, environment-friendly, beneficial to popularization and the like.
本发明涉及岩土工程,公开了一种承台桩的整体现浇施工方法。该方法步骤如下:在桩井与排浆槽之间设置排浆通道,在排浆通道上方回填地基土至承台板底部高程位置;布置包含下部桩基、上部桩基以及承台板的整体钢筋笼;安装承台板浇筑混凝土的模板,并安装上部桩基的第一分段模板;在下部桩基的桩井中灌注混凝土,使桩井中的泥浆通过排浆通道向排浆槽排出,避免泥浆上升污染承台板钢筋,直至排浆通道排出混凝土后,封闭排浆通道;浇筑承台板混凝土;当承台板混凝土接近初凝时,浇筑上部桩基第一分层混凝土。该方法能够高效衔接,结构成型后,整体性好、强度高、承载性能高并具有操作简单、施工快速、经济性好、环保和利于推广等特点。
