Sand cushion layer mechanism and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a construction method of a sand cushion layer mechanism. The sand cushion layer mechanism comprises a waterproof part, a drainage assembly and a sand cushion layer; a containing channel is defined by the waterproof part; a foundation pit and the drainage assembly are both contained in the containing channel; the foundation pit is filled with the sand cushion layer; the inner wall of the containing channel and the outer wall of the sand cushion layer are spaced by a preset distance; the bottom end of the waterproof part is inserted underground; the waterproof part is used for preventing underground water from seeping to the sand cushion layer; the drainage assembly comprises at least one drainage unit; one end of the drainage unit is located at the bottom end of the sand cushion layer and embedded in the pit bottom of the foundation pit; the other end of the drainage unit penetrates through the sand cushion layer and extends outwards; and the drainage assembly is used for collecting and draining rainwater. The construction method comprises the following steps of arranging a drainage pipe, connecting the drainage pipe with a water collecting pipe, backfilling the sand cushion layer, and arranging the waterproof part on the periphery of the sand cushion layer in a surrounding manner. Through the arrangement, the form stability of the sand cushion layer is improved.
本发明涉及一种砂垫层机构的施工方法,其中,砂垫层机构包括隔水件、排水组件以及砂垫层;隔水件围设成容置通道,基坑与排水组件均容置在容置通道内,砂垫层填设在基坑内,容置通道的内壁与砂垫层的外壁之间间隔预设距离,隔水件的底端插设在地下,隔水件用于阻隔地下水的渗流到砂垫层;排水组件包括至少一个排水单元,排水单元的一端位于砂垫层的底端、且埋设在基坑的坑底,排水单元的另一端穿过砂垫层向外伸出;排水组件用于收集和排出雨水;施工方法的流程为:设置排水管,将排水管与集水管连通,回填砂垫层,将隔水件围设在砂垫层的外围;如此设置,提高了砂垫层形态的稳定性。
