Sleeve pre-embedding method
The invention discloses a sleeve pre-embedding method. The sleeve pre-embedding method comprises the steps that S1, the position relation between casing pipes is determined; S2, the sleeves are placed according to the position relation; S3, each sleeve is fixedly connected with an assembly frame to form an integral sleeve assembly; and S4, the sleeve assembly is fixed to a built steel bar frame. In the prior art, when the sleeves are pre-embedded, a wooden box needs to be fixed in a pre-embedded area in advance, then the sleeves are installed in the wooden box one by one, and the wooden box needs to be dismantled in the later period, but in the sleeve pre-embedding method, the sleeves can be pre-embedded only by fixing the sleeve assembly, and therefore compared with the prior art, time and labor are saved in the pre-embedding process, and meanwhile the risk of water leakage of the sleeves is remarkably reduced; and in addition, due to the fact that all the sleeves are fixedly connected to the assembly frame, in the subsequent concrete pouring process, the installation precision of all the sleeves cannot be changed, and therefore it can be guaranteed that the sleeves have high installation precision.
本发明公开了一种套管预埋方法,包括:S1:确定各个套管之间的位置关系;S2:根据所述位置关系摆放各个套管;S3:将各个套管与组架固连,以形成整体的套管组件;S4:将套管组件固定在搭建好的钢筋架上。在现有技术中,在预埋套管时,需要事先在预埋区域固定上木盒,之后再将套管逐个安装到木盒内,后期还需要将木盒拆除。而在本发明中,只需要固定套管组件这一步即可完成套管的预埋。相比较而言,本发明中的预埋工序省时省力,同时显著降低了套管漏水的风险。另外,由于各个套管固连在组架上,在后续的混凝土浇筑中,各个套管的安装精度不会发生变化,因此能够确保套管具有较高的安装精度。
