The structure comprises a door plate, a customized template, a fixing nut, a protection piece A, a protection piece B, a lining ring and an insertion piece, wherein a mounting groove and a through hole are formed in the surface of the door plate; the through hole is formed in the bottom of the mounting groove; a first hole and a second hole are formed in the surface of the customized template; the first hole is positioned at a position close to the end part of the customized template; the fixing nut penetrates through the through hole; a channel is formed in the fixing nut; one end of the protection piece A penetrates through the second hole; the protection piece B is connected with one end of the protection piece A; and the lining ring is inserted into the through hole. In the implementation process of the structure, the customized template can be replaced as required, so that the effects of cultivating the intelligence of the child and recording the growth process of the child are achieved.
