The invention relates to spray granulation equipment for preparing high-frequency manganese zinc ferrite granules and a working method of the spray granulation equipment. A pretreatment charging cylinder is used for containing high-frequency manganese zinc ferrite slurry, and an ultrasonic vibration device is mounted in the pretreatment charging cylinder and used for uniformly mixing the high-frequency manganese zinc ferrite slurry; a spray granulation device comprises a granulation cylinder, a rotary spraying head and an air supply system, the rotary spraying head is mounted at the top in the granulation cylinder, high-frequency manganese zinc ferrite slurry in the pretreatment charging cylinder is conveyed to the rotary spraying head by a high-pressure pump, and the rotary spraying head is used for spraying the high-frequency manganese zinc ferrite slurry into the granulation cylinder in a spray form; and a gas supply system is used for blowing dry gas into the granulation cylinder. The equipment is complete in function, slurry is firstly fully vibrated and mixed by the ultrasonic vibration device before being sprayed, and the rotary spraying head is helped to spray a spraying material with uniform granularity; in addition, two circles of air supply ports are formed in the granulation cylinder from top to bottom, the granulation cylinder can be filled with dry hot air during air inlet and supply, and the drying effect is improved.
