The invention provides a high-purity ceramic material spray granulation process which sequentially comprises the following process steps: a preheating step, a material preparation step and a granulation step, and further comprises a pre-spraying step: preparing pre-spraying slurry, pouring the pre-spraying slurry into a stirring barrel and starting the stirring barrel, starting an atomizing nozzle, adjusting the rotating speed of the atomizing nozzle in a reciprocating manner from high to low and from low to high, and ensuring that the pneumatic knocking hammer is not started, so that the pre-sprayed slurry can be attached to the inner surface of the granulation tower and is cured, and the components of the pre-sprayed slurry are contained in the range of the components contained in the product slurry; the pre-spraying step is arranged after the preheating step and before the material preparation step. According to the high-purity ceramic material spray granulation process, transformation of a common spray granulation tower is avoided, high-purity granulation can be achieved, and metal element pollution can be avoided to a great extent.
本发明提出一种高纯度陶瓷材料喷雾造粒工艺,包括依次进行以下工艺步骤:预热步骤、备料步骤、造粒步骤,此外还包括预喷步骤:准备预喷浆料,将预喷浆料倒入所述搅拌桶并开启搅拌桶,开启雾化喷头并自高到低、自低到高往复调节所述雾化喷头的转速,并确保不开启所述气动敲击锤,预喷浆料可附着于造粒塔内表面并固化,预喷浆料的成份包含于产品浆料所含成份范围内;且预喷步骤设置于预热步骤之后、备料步骤之前。这样的高纯度陶瓷材料喷雾造粒工艺,避免了对普通喷雾造粒塔进行改造而能够实现高纯度造粒,可以极大程度避免金属元素污染。
